About Us
Our Mission
Beautiful Embrace is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers a mentoring program to young ladies ages 8 and up in the U.S and the Bahamas. Our mission is to empower young ladies to recognize their beauty and self worth as well as inspire them to strive for excellence. We encourage young ladies to put God first in everything they do and walk in confidence.
Our Vision
Our vision is to have a positive impact on young ladies by equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to walk through life. As a result of our mentoring and coaching program, they will feel comfortable with loving themselves, embracing the talents and gifts that they have been blessed with and walk faithfully through their purpose in life.
The Founder
Valencia Harris was born in Spanish Town Jamaica. Valencia left Jamaica when she was a few years old and then moved to New York with her mother and grandmother, where she resided until her move to South Florida over 40 years ago. Valencia has been married for over 26 years and she and her husband have two daughters.

Valencia has been married for over 26 years and she and her husband have two daughters.
Valencia attended Florida State University and Florida Atlantic University where she obtained an associate degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Valencia started her career in the medical field in 1995 as a Medical Assistant and is currently a Senior Manager at an insurance company.
Some of Valencia’s extra-curricular activities include trading in the stock market and serving at her church in the children’s ministry. Valencia’s passion is to help young ladies know their worth and help provide them with the skills to be a better version of themselves.
Valencia partners with her father’s church Jeshurun Ministries in the Bahamas where she mentors young ladies ages 8 through 16.
She has a deep desire to make a difference leaving a positive mark on the lives of those she encounters.
